1.) only those persons that are registered living in this apartment are allowed to stay overnight.
2.) please do not party hard. Your neighbors will appreciate this.
3.) no pets allowed.
4.) do not remove any furniture without my consent.
5.) do not make any changes on the wall: no painting or destroying of any walls.
6.) no smoking
7.) you are responsible to maintain and treat all items in the apartment with care otherwise I have to charge you for any renewal.

1.) es ist nur jenen Personen gestattet, in der Wohnung zu uebernachten, die hier gemeldet sind.
2.) bitte keine lauten Parties. Ihre Nachbarn sind dafuer dankbar.
3.) keine Haustiere.
4.) Moebel und andere Ausstattungen duerfen nicht enfernt werden ohne meiner Zustimmung.
5.) es duerfen keine Veraenderungen an Wanden durchgefuehrt werden: kein Wandmalereien oder Veraenderungen der Wand.

7.) Sie sind fuer die schonende Erhaltung aller Einrichtungsgegenstaende verantwortlich, da ich dies andernfalls in Rechnung stellen muss.
